The Petersburg Republican Committee looks to build on the ideology of the past and bring those core values forward in order to help create and affect positive change in the Petersburg and the Commonwealth. We can all be advocates for a more prosperous Petersburg, Virginia, and United States. 

Some of our basic tenants are: lowering taxes to put more money in citizens pockets and spur economic growth, free enterprise, smaller federal government and fiscal responsibility by our elected representatives, a strong national defense, and that all individuals are entitled to equal rights, justice, and opportunities and should assume their responsibilities as citizens in a free society. 

Our leaders are committed to bringing all those that want to help bring about continued prosperity to this great city regardless of color, gender or creed so we can be a positive force for the people of Petersburg.
